Privacy Policy

1. Your photos and videos

Our tools run inside your own browser. Photos, videos and audio you open in a tool are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. The Auto Captions and Background Remover tools download their AI models to your browser and run them there.

2. The AI Video Studio

The AI Video Studio is different from the free tools: to make your video, the ideas, words and any photo you give it are sent to our AI provider, fal.ai (and the AI models it runs), which creates the text, sound, pictures and video. The results are stored on our website so you can use them, and are removed after 30 days. We also keep a record of your credits and what they were used for.

3. Information we collect

• Account: your name (optional), email address and password (stored encrypted).
• Your email choice: whether you agreed to receive tips, and when.
• Usage: which tool you downloaded from and when, linked to your account. We do not store the files.
• Content Calendar: the post plans you type, saved to your account.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form, and payment details you send us when buying credits (such as a payment reference).
• AI Studio: your video projects, characters you make, and your credit history.
• Technical: our hosting company keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

4. Why we use it

• To give you your account and the tools (contract).
• To keep the site secure and improve it (legitimate interests).
• To send tips and news only if you ticked the box (consent). You can stop any time in My account.

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your information. It is stored with our hosting provider, who processes it on our instructions. AI Studio requests are processed by fal.ai as described above.

7. How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. You can delete it yourself in My account, which removes your calendar and download history.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing aipanda.com.pk@gmail.com. In the UK you can complain to the ICO; in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

Accounts are for people aged 16 or over.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
