Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use AI Panda. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. Contact: aipanda.com.pk@gmail.com.

1. The tools

The free tools are free and provided "as is". They run in your browser; results depend on your device and browser.

2. Your account

  • You must be 16 or over.
  • Use a real email address and keep your password private.
  • You can delete your account at any time in My account.

3. Your content

  • You keep all rights to what you make.
  • Only use photos, videos and music you have the right to use.
  • Do not use the tools to make content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or that pretends to be someone else.

4. AI Video Studio and credits

  • The AI Video Studio uses credits in Pakistani rupees (Rs), bought in advance. Each step shows how many credits it uses before it starts.
  • If a step fails, its credits are given back automatically. Credits that have been used are not refundable. For questions about unused credits, contact us.
  • AI results can be imperfect. Check your video before you publish it.
  • Do not use the studio to copy other people's characters, brands or music, or to make videos of real people without their permission.
  • Follow each platform's rules for AI content and for videos made for children.

5. Not connected to social media companies

AI Panda is independent. TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook are trademarks of their owners. Their rules for posting and earning can change at any time; always check their official pages.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care, but to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses, lost earnings or decisions made by any platform. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
