Your balance

You add money to your AI Panda balance and use it to make videos. You always see the price before you make a video or a change, and nothing is charged until you press Make or Yes.

When money comes back by itself

• If any part of a video cannot be made, the money for that part goes back to your balance automatically.
• If a video costs less to make than the price shown, you pay less.

Money you have not used

Money in your balance that you have not used can be refunded. Write to us from the Contact page with your account email and the payment details. We send it back to the same account you paid from, normally within 7 working days. Any free extra balance from an offer is not refunded.

Money already used

Money used for a finished video or change cannot be refunded, because the AI work has already been done and paid for. If something is wrong with your video, contact us and we will help.
